About the Opportunity
Our client, a fast-paced and collaborative firm, is seeking a dependable and proactive Administrative Assistant for a short-term in-office role. Supporting the COO and a team of about 10, this position involves managing calendars, booking travel, ordering supplies and meals, and assisting with special projects. It’s a great opportunity to make an immediate impact by keeping day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly.
The base pay for this position is $50 to $70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily calendar management, schedule coordination, and timely follow-ups
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations
- Manage food orders, office snacks, and supply inventory to support smooth operations
- Deliver administrative assistance to senior leadership and a small internal team
- Support the COO with one-off tasks and time-sensitive initiatives
- Ensure the workspace remains tidy, functional, and fully stocked
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
- Serve as a point of contact with staff and external vendors, ensuring clear communication
- Approach tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail
Job Requirements
- Background supporting teams in lean or fast-moving work environments
- Comfortable using scheduling tools and coordinating travel logistics
- Proven dependability in temporary, contract, or short-duration roles
