About the Opportunity:
This contract position provides essential rehabilitation services to patients, focusing on fostering recovery and promoting independence. Registered Nurses in this role manage patient care by conducting assessments, identifying rehabilitation goals, and implementing individualized care plans. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $29.70 to $35.10 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and patient education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on advancements in rehabilitation care.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation settings.
- Experience in patient and family education preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
