About the Opportunity:
In this full-time contract position as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), provide essential care and support to residents in a long-term care facility. Perform duties such as assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $23.14 to $27.35 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and assist in creating individual care plans.
- Provide basic nursing care and support to patients.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare team to ensure integrated care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
- Stay informed on best practices and care procedures relevant to long-term care.
Job Requirements:
- Active NY CNA license.
- 1+ years of experience in a long-term care facility.
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically PointClick Care.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
