About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position where LPNs provide essential nursing care to patients, supporting their health and well-being. They execute various medical tasks, including administering medication and monitoring patient condition as part of patient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.05 to $33.15 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create relevant care plans.
- Provide nursing care, including medication administration and health monitoring.

- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on best practices in patient care.
Job Requirements:
- LPN certification required.
- Experience with Point-Click-Care is essential.
- Experience with patient care in healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Travelers must be located within 100 miles of the facility.
