About the Opportunity:
The LPN in this full-time contract position provides essential nursing care and support to patients. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, administering medications, and assisting with patient hygiene and comfort. This role ensures adherence to healthcare protocols and standards while working collaboratively with healthcare teams.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $25.03 to $29.58 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of patient condition and create care plans accordingly.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Stay informed on current nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
