About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Physician to provide specialized services in Nuc Med, Neuro, Emergency, or Abdominal Radiology. The role involves conducting diagnostic assessments and interpreting medical imaging to support patient care. Physicians work onsite, covering shifts in a schedule that is typically 1 week on and 2 weeks off, with shift examples including 10p-7a and 4p-10p. The estimated base pay for these positions are $313.50 to $370.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and create patient care plans.
- Provide accurate interpretations of imaging studies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
- Stay informed on advancements in radiological practices and technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certification or in the process of certification.
- Fellowship-trained in relevant radiology fields.
- Academic background and experience preferred, with a history of 50+ publications.
- Proficiency in Powerscribe dictation, Infinity PACS, and Epic EMR systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
