About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Med Surg Tele RN, providing comprehensive care and medical-surgical support to patients. This full-time contract position involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $49.50 to $58.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and creating patient care plans.
- Providing various types of therapy and patient education.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Staying informed on the latest practices in medical-surgical nursing.
Job Requirements:
- CA RN License.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- NIHSS certification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Telemetry and Medical-Surgical settings.
- Experience with Phillips Tele monitoring system.
- Preferred experience in Orthopedics and acute care nursing.
- Preferred certifications such as PCRN or CCRN.
- Ability to float to other facilities.
- BSN required.
- Prior Travel experience within 12 months.
- Preferred teaching hospital experience.
