About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves providing occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The role adheres to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines while assisting patients in developing and restoring functional independence.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.60 to $33.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy interventions per Occupational Therapist's plan of care.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Assist with patient and family education.
- Communicate patient status to supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
