About the Opportunity:
This position involves providing exceptional nursing care in the operating room (OR) setting. The role includes conducting pre- and post-operative assessments, assisting with surgical procedures, and ensuring sterile techniques and safety protocols. This is a full-time contract position, consisting of five 8-hour shifts from 06:30 to 14:30.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $56.65 to $66.95 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide assistance during robotic procedures, total joints, ortho trauma, spine surgeries, and other special procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress pre- and post-operatively.
- Stay informed on advancements in robotic and surgical techniques.
Job Requirements:
- BSN and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an OR setting required.
- Robotics experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
