About the Opportunity
Our client is a global fintech firm looking to bring on a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Senior Manager to the team. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior members of our firm to develop, implement, and track initiatives that align with our DEI goals and have an opportunity to be part of an inclusive and collegial working environment.
The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and direct the delivery of programs and strategies that progress our DE&I goals, in partnership with our executive team and HR
- Coach our leadership in shaping their roles as champions and advocates for inclusion and belonging, both internally and externally
- Provide strategic input and guidance to our leaders and HR on embedding DE&I best practices into all aspects of our team and operations
- Partner with the HR Team to develop, maintain, and monitor metrics such as pay equity using research and data-driven insights to diagnose and assess the impact of the diversity and inclusion programs
- Partner with the Learning & Development Team to integrate content, serve as a thought partner, and support the facilitation of related learning initiatives
- Partner with the Talent Team and the Recruitment Team to enable and equip recruiters and interviewers with the tools, training, and resources to attract diverse talent and set them up for success in the hiring process
- Maintain an active network or partnership with DE&I experts to help the firm learn from innovative approaches, both inside and outside our immediate industry, and bring fresh ideas to our organization
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DEI-related work
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Gifted communicator with the ability to build relationships as a trusted partner, motivate people, align interests, and influence colleagues at all levels
- Bachelors Degree required
