About the Opportunity
Our client is a Manhattan-based bank that is looking for a high-level HR professional to lead their dynamic team!
The annual base salary range is $180,000 to $300,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a framework for all HR-related operations
- Oversee a team of HR Professionals
- Partner with leaders on developing short and long-term people strategies and annual goal-setting processes to ensure alignment with business groups’ strategic priorities
- Handle strategic efforts for the entire firm
- Create policies and procedures for grievances, conflicts, and problem-resolution
- Schedule, attend, and document annual employee reviews
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Must have Financial Services Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
