About the Opportunity
Our client, a prestigious financial services firm based in Manhattan, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join their dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is instrumental in building high-performing teams by developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring top-tier candidates are engaged throughout the recruitment process in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, refine job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions that reflect both role expectations and organizational values. Utilizing a blend of traditional and creative outreach methods, this individual will proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, and industry events. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-moving environment dedicated to attracting exceptional technical talent. This position follows a hybrid schedule.
The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, refine role requirements, and ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process
- Utilize job boards and networking events to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates, leveraging both traditional and creative outreach methods
- Draft clear, compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect role expectations and company culture, and post them across appropriate channels to maximize visibility
- Prepare, draft, and extend competitive job offers, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on compensation, benefits, and candidate experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
- Must have strong stakeholder management experience, liaising with hiring managers to drive strategic decisions
- Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment
