About the Opportunity:
CT Technologists provide high-quality diagnostic imaging using computed tomography to assist in the medical diagnosis and treatment of patients. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $60.50 to $71.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting CT scans and creating detailed images for physicians.
- Providing radiation safety to minimize patient and staff exposure.
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate results.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and examination details.
- Staying informed on advances in radiologic technology and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiology.
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology required.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Epic charting system preferred.
- Skills in Adult Acute Care, Emergency Department, and Pediatric Outpatient.
