The estimated base pay for this position is $65 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations following physician orders and departmental protocols.
- Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment while adhering to radiation safety standards.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and proper image documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and fellow imaging professionals to provide efficient patient care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized imaging environment.
- Follow facility policies and quality assurance guidelines while providing compassionate patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Active ARRT (R) Certification
- Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License (if required)
- Current BLS Certification
- Previous X-Ray Technologist experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Available Shifts:
- 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday–Friday
- Every other weekend
- One on-call shift every 3 weeks
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday–Friday
- Every other weekend
- One on-call shift every 3 weeks
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Monday–Friday
- Every other weekend
- One on-call shift every 3 weeks
