About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing medication management and monitoring care at the Cedar Ridge Center. The role entails ensuring accurate medication administration and adhering to healthcare protocols to ensure patient safety and well-being.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $17.88 to $21.13 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication administration assessments and create appropriate care plans.
- Provide patient education related to medication management and adherence.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to coordinate medication care.
- Monitor and document patient medication progress and report any discrepancies.
- Stay informed on current practices and regulations in medication management.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.
- Minimum experience in a clinical setting related to medication management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
