About the Opportunity:
Retina Consultants of Nevada in Henderson, NV, offers an exciting position for a dedicated Retina Surgeon. This full-time contract position involves diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing retinal diseases for adult patients in a retina-only practice. Surgeons manage a busy schedule in both clinic and ambulatory surgery settings. Each surgeon works collaboratively with dedicated retina-trained staff and enjoys predictable ASC block time.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $2351.25 to $2778.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed retinal assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide state-of-the-art vitreoretinal surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of retina-trained healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress through integrated EMR systems.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in retinal surgery and treatment.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in Ophthalmology.
- Fellowship trained in vitreoretinal surgery.
- Possession of a valid NV medical license or qualification under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
- DEA certification is required.
- Proven skills in diagnosing and surgically managing retinal diseases.
