About the Opportunity:
In this role as an LPN, you provide high-quality nursing care to patients in need. This part-time contract position requires offering compassionate care and support during the beginning of the week night shifts. You participate actively in patient assessments, care planning, and the administration of medications. You contribute to a collaborative working environment where the focus is always the well-being and health of patients.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.71 to $30.39 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
