About the Opportunity:
Provide nursing care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Deliver quality care and maintain high standards of practice to ensure patient well-being. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.74 to $33.96 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
- Provide medication administration and specific treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Stay informed on best practices and current research in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum one year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
