About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients. An LPN works closely with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Primary duties include administering medications, monitoring patient health, and documenting medical records accurately.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.30 to $29.90 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and patient health regularly.
- Document patient care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to plan patient care.
- Stay informed on nursing best practices and healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Vermont.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must have own transportation.
