About the Opportunity:
We are presently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care and services to patients at our facility. This is a full-time contract position that focuses on meeting the healthcare needs of our patients efficiently and with compassion.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $31.35 to $37.05 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
- Provide support and assistance with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and promptly.
- Stay informed on best practices in nursing care and patient safety.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
