About the Opportunity:
This contract position provides full-time occupational therapy care, focusing on patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation in Mount Olive, NC. Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) lead engaging therapy sessions to enhance patients’ abilities and promote functional independence.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $35.75 to $42.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create comprehensive care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and education to assist patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on the latest practices and research in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Current certification or degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
