About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.25 to $48.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility.
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
