About the Opportunity:
We are partnered with a hospital in Paramus, NJ that is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for full-time contract roles supporting inpatient units. This position offers competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and placement based on clinical background and unit needs.
The estimated base pay for this position is $50 to $75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Job Requirements:
- Active New Jersey RN license
- BSN required
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience required
- BLS required (additional certifications preferred depending on unit)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
