About the Opportunity:
We are actively hiring New York–licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time contract and temp-to-perm opportunities throughout New York City.
This opportunity is ideal for new graduate Occupational Therapists looking to gain hands-on clinical experience in high-demand healthcare settings while earning competitive pay and receiving strong benefits.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $50 to $55 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric populations
- Improve patients’ mobility, daily living skills, and functional independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
Job Requirements:
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist License (Required)
- Open to New Grad Occupational Therapists
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
