About the Opportunity:
Provide essential nursing care and support to patients. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities. Deliver compassionate care while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive care environment. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $22.28 to $26.33 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide education and information regarding medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in condition.
- Stay informed on best practices in nursing care and treatment protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN certification.
- Minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting.
