About the Opportunity:
Provide high-quality care as a Physical Therapist Assistant, assisting patients with rehabilitation and recovery processes. Work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to implement care plans, ensuring patient progress and maintaining a safe environment. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and assist in creating effective care plans.
- Provide specific types of therapy and patient education as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Possess relevant certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
- Demonstrate key skills such as effective communication and strong organizational abilities.
