About the Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to patients in our facility. This is a full-time contract position that requires participation in an every-other-weekend rotation. Your role includes delivering high-quality patient care, assisting nurses with daily tasks, and ensuring a safe environment for all patients.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $17.74 to $20.96 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting basic patient assessments and creating care plans.
- Providing bedside care and assistance with daily activities.
- Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and vital signs.
- Staying informed on facility protocols and nursing practices.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
