About the Opportunity:
This role involves providing essential care and support to patients in a healthcare setting. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Bennington Care Center, the position ensures patient well-being through direct care including assistance with daily living activities. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.60 to $33.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health data.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
