About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) providing therapeutic care to patients. Responsibilities include assisting patients with therapeutic activities and exercises, supporting occupational therapists in monitoring patient progress, and contributing to the development of care plans.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and contribute to creating care plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities for patient rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress effectively.
- Stay informed on current practices and developments in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Minimum experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
