About the Opportunity:
Provide patient care and assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients in a healthcare setting. The position focuses on enhancing patient comfort and well-being and involves implementing care plans under the supervision of RNs or physicians. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $21.59 to $25.51 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in creating care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care under the guidance of registered healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Stay informed on current nursing practices and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN license.
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
