About the Opportunity:
Provide personal care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility as a full-time contract position. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance. Support residents in maintaining a clean and safe environment. Monitor residents' general physical and mental health, noting and reporting any changes.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $16.64 to $19.66 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with mobility and transferring needs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to report changes in residents' condition.
- Document and maintain accurate records of service provided to residents.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
