About the Opportunity:
This contract position involves providing essential nursing care to patients. As an LPN in this role, responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medication, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.30 to $29.90 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and update care plans accordingly.
- Provide medication administration and patient education.
- Collaborate with nurses and doctors to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes.
- Stay informed on the latest nursing practices and protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
