About the Opportunity:
This position provides comprehensive nursing care to patients, focusing on promoting patient health and recovery. This is a full-time contract position involving overnight 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $38.01 to $44.92 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide patient education regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress and document effectively in medical records.
- Stay informed on current best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Maine.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
