About the Opportunity:
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a healthcare setting. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $49.50 to $58.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized care plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
- Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing difficulties.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate effective patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
