About the Opportunity:
Provide therapeutic interventions and assist in the treatment of patients under the guidance of a Physical Therapist. Collaborate with patients and the healthcare team to develop and execute care plans to enhance strength, mobility, and overall physical function. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $35.75 to $42.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and education to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on advancements in physical therapy practice and techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Proven skills in patient communication and care plan execution.
