About the Opportunity:
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a full-time contract position. Address patient needs through assessments, individual and group therapy, and family education. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $53.90 to $63.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Stay informed on current research and practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
