About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position provides speech-language pathology services to patients. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and assisting patients in improving their communication and swallowing skills.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $52.25 to $61.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized therapy plans.
- Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress consistently.
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
