About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. You are responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $38.50 to $45.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Provide direct physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Stay informed on safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
