About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves providing skilled occupational therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to enhance daily living skills. Responsibilities also encompass creating discharge plans.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $30.25 to $35.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and timely.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
