About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. The role focuses on assisting patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving treatment goals in an acute care setting.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $30.25 to $35.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors. Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy interventions per physical therapist's plan of care.
- Document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs.
- Communicate patient status to supervising physical therapist.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active state PTA license or ability to obtain.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
