About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position requires providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The role involves assisting patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving treatment goals.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $34.10 to $40.30 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care.
- Document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs.
- Communicate patient status to supervising PT.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
