About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The role includes patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. This is a part-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient screenings and evaluations.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
