About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This is a full-time contract position where responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $42.90 to $50.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per practice acts and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
- Active state Occupational Therapist license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
