About the Opportunity:
This role involves providing emergency care to patients in a high-paced environment at the ER in Santa Monica. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $45.65 to $53.95 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients in the emergency department.
- Provide acute care for both trauma and non-trauma cases.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Radiology.
- Monitor and document all aspects of patient progress.
- Stay informed on best practices and advancements in emergency care.
Job Requirements:
- BSN, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trauma and Adult Emergency Department settings.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- California RN License required.
- Skills in managing and interpreting various emergency medical situations.
