About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established Financial Services firm, is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join their growing team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and relationship-driven professional to lead full-cycle campus recruiting efforts and help attract top early-career talent. The ideal candidate will have experience managing on-campus programs, building strong university partnerships, and operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The annual base salary range is $145,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
- Build and evolve long-term relationships with universities
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system
- Develop and maintain documentation on each interview process
- Work with the HR team to provide reports regarding recruiting efforts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 3+ years campus recruiting experience
- Experience in developing and conducting on-campus college recruitment programs
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
