About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing Fintech company located in Greenwich, CT that is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team. This role offers a chance to make meaningful contributions in a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and will support the team by managing the candidate pipeline and conducting initial screening calls.
The annual base salary range is $75,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
- In charge of full life cycle recruiting
- Work directly with hiring managers from intake calls to offers
- Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients, and closing
- Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
- Work with HR team on projects
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of experience working in house is preferred, but agency is welcome
- Experience in Financial Services or fintech is a huge plus
