About the Opportunity
Our client is a top Tech Platform located in Midtown Manhattan looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to join their team! The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor for the designated business groups across all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment and staffing, compensation, talent review, organization design, resource planning, learning, and career development. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule and the firm prides themselves on an amazing culture and have an excellent package including competitive salary, a strong bonus, medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off and holidays.
The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Lead HR programs and processes such as performance management, leadership and talent programs, and continuous feedback across multiple business areas
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values, and culture of the company
- Build relationships with individuals across the HR function
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience as an HRBP
- Start-up experience is a must
- Must have experience with performance reviews/and performance improvement plans
