About the Opportunity
Our client is a law firm in new York City that is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Administration to join their team. The role has primary responsibility for the management of support services, operations, facilities, conference center and reception. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses strong leadership, and a keen ability to manage multiple functions, including human resources, facilities management, vendor relations, and compliance. The firm offers a competitive salary and attractive benefits, with a pleasant and supportive environment.
The annual base salary range is $200,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative staff and office operations
- Ensure all equipment and office supply inventory is maintained
- Assist in planning firmwide events
- Work closely with HR to administer performance reviews for all staff members
- Undertake other duties/special projects as requested
- Manage budgets through Excel
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have experience managing direct reports
- Strong communication skills
