About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-regarded financial services firm in Manhattan looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Investor Relations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating investor meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and handling sensitive information with discretion. They are currently operating on a hybrid schedule.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively interact with senior executives
- Maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling all meetings and conference calls, responding to e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings, resolving meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
- Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel, keeping executives’ travel profiles up-to-date, managing approvals for any travel, and arranging flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and submitt all expense reports on a timely basis
- Edit and update pitch decks
- Personal assistant duties as assigned
- Ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- College degree with a competitive GPA and demonstrated math or analytical ability
- 4-8 years relevant (portfolio and partnership accounting) work experience
- CPA preferred
