About the Opportunity
We are currently partnered with an independent alternative investment manager that is seeking a Tech Analyst for a 5 to 6-month contract. In this role, you will assist in providing client service and resolving end-user issues. This is a great opportunity to work at a well-established company!
The hourly wage range is $40 to $45/hr. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve challenges through the form of tickets in the service desk queue, which includes full ticket ownership and following up to ensure issues are resolved in their entirety
- Contribute to internal IT and end-user knowledge base content
- Collaborate with all areas of IT to deliver exceptional in-house service and support
- Prioritize both incident and service requests
- Detailed documentation of incidents and problems in ServiceNow
- Escalate incidents and problems as necessary
- Creation and maintenance of the corporate desktop/laptop image
- Make recommendations for corporate desktop/laptop hardware
- Maintain desktop/laptop and related equipment inventory
- Conference room AV support
- Adobe product support
- Mobile Device Support
- End-user software licensing
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of corporate help desk experience
- Efficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Active Directory user and group management
- Knowledge of end-user platforms including Windows, Mac OS, IOS, Android
- Experience with software such as ServiceNow
- Experience with HP Desktop/Laptop technologies
- Preferred efficiency with Kaspersky Antivirus, CrashPlan Cloud Backup, Mimecast Spam Filter Technologies, Cisco phone technologies, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
