About the Opportunity
Our client is a healthcare company looking to hire an HR Manager to join their team in Westchester County! This position is responsible for administrative functions, recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, workers’ compensation, safety team planning, benefits and compensation, administration, and directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all of the human resources functions, and organizational development. They are currently in the office 5x per week with the option to work remotely every other Friday! The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct full-cycle onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Benefits administration.
- Serve as the focal point for all payroll and benefits-related matters and inquiries.
- Review and oversee Open Enrollment and Benefits renewal.
- Work with the Head of HR to implement and assist with performance management and employee development reviews.
- Assist with our 401(k) plan.
- Assist with and oversee the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR policies and best practices and ensure compliance in different locations.
- Perform other HR Generalist duties as assigned and provide administrative support to the human resource function as/when needed
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have healthcare / mental health industry experience!
