About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our client’s team as the Assistant Program Director for our Integrated Mental Health Treatment (IMT) program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, strong leadership skills, and the ability to contribute to the overall success and growth of the program.
The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the IMT program to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with the Program Director to establish program policies and procedures
- Provide supervision and support to IMT program staff, including clinicians and support personnel
- Coordinate and facilitate ongoing training and professional development for team members
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide guidance on complex client cases
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services
- Monitor program outcomes and assess the effectiveness of interventions, making recommendations for improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing and accreditation standards
- Represent the program in the community and establish positive relationships with external stakeholders, including other healthcare providers, social service agencies, and community organizations
- Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness
- Assist in the development and management of the program budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficient resource utilization
- Oversee the collection and analysis of program data to inform decision-making and demonstrate program impact
- Prepare and submit reports to funding agencies and organizational leadership
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Proven experience in mental health program management or leadership role
- Strong clinical background and knowledge of evidence-based mental health practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals
